As one of life's cynics, I didn't quite know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, the other members were lovely people. Lorraine herself clearly has a great deal of experience in this area and conducted the workshop beautifully. I came away from this feeling calmer, happier and with real tools for making my life better.

Such a lovely group. Each session was engaging without being heavy. Some things were new to me and some were delicious little reminders of things I'd learnt before but had forgotten to implement. Just what I needed at a crazy time. I really looked forward to sessions 2, 3 and 4...... Having to be honest, I was a little apprehensive as to what I had joined up to, before session one, but the breathwork session was superb.
I absolutely loved it. The course was well thought through with a different theme each week. I loved the mix of activities, meditations and discussion.
Both during and after the workshop I felt that the experiences I encountered in the meditations were exactly right for me. I felt both positive and uplifted and was very much at ease with myself, something which I'm experiencing in my life right now! Really glad I attended, so thank you Lorraine!

WHO AM I AND HOW CAN I HELP?
Hi - my name is Lorraine Crookes, I am the CEO here at Orgasmic Life. I am a multi-award winning speaker, columnist, educator, and healer empowering others to lead an orgasmic life.
For over two decades, I balanced a career as a middle leader and teacher in secondary education with a secret life immersed in swinging, kink, and BDSM. This double life was marked by a constant battle with fear, shame, and guilt around my lifestyle choices, leading to struggles with self-judgment and acceptance. Navigating this turbulent path, I faced bouts of depression, anxiety, and a range of physical health issues.
Now known as 'The Sexual Empowerment Liberator,' I combine my personal and professional experiences to empower others to embrace their sexual energy. After leaving my teaching career in 2016, I pursued extensive training, earning qualifications as a mindfulness coach, massage therapist, and energy healer. I also became a certified tantric massage practitioner, tantra teacher, and somatic bodyworker. My journey also includes a degree in lifelong learning and a range of teacher training qualifications.
As a columnist for Expert Profile Magazine, my articles have earned praise and recognition, leading to the Glocal Super Minds Award in 2024. I have been featured in multiple magazines, appeared on their covers twice, and now host my podcast, 'Business Sexcess'. My work as a professional speaker has earned me various awards, including the recent award from Business Awards Uk for Business Woman Of The Year, Creator / Influencer for the Kent Region.
